Mercury Retrograde Notes: We Ain't Out of The Woods Yet

Namaste, Y'all,

We are now officially out of Mercury Retrograde but not quite out of the woods. When a planet is in transit mode (in this case going retro back to direct), it causes the energies on our planet to activate our hidden triggers and unhealed wounds (roughly a couple of weeks or more). These triggers will test our endurance if we've indeed learned critical life lessons and the way we respond under pressure. I'm reminded of the saying, It's always darkest before dawn. So please take this message as a heads up to be a little extra patient and exercise compassion (for yourself and those around you). We are all feeling these shifting energetic tides more than usual from the cosmos, so stay humble and aware of this heightened activity factor.
Also keep in mind that all of us learn at different rates and on various levels (the planet Mercury is a constant reminder of this). Life is the most complex of classrooms serving humanity at once, so remind yourself of this when you find yourself being short tempered or losing hope. Choose being as calm and clear as possible, and one of the best ways to do this is to create it in your living space and use mantras (sacred words, sounds, or phrases) to stay centered and command of yourself, not others. Some of you may find unplugging from the media for a couple of days helpful, getting out in nature, bringing it inside through fresh flowers, or diving into a forgotten creative project. Hint: Einstein said that “creativity is intelligence having fun." Tap in!
Please, children, do  what you can and leave the rest to divine providence to handle. Remove yourself from drama and trauma-fueled individuals because this is their time to thrive in the chaotic-muck that occurs during key planetary transits. They seek the vulnerable to emotionally manipulate and create lasting trauma bonds. Like I noted earlier, the energies are heightened and will cause us to experience our hidden triggers and unhealed wounds (dark forces crave the walking wounded). So adopt healing rituals that fit your life (salt baths, dance, food prep, exercise, and such) to help bring you back to center and maintain balance. Self healing is empowerment. Self preservation and protection.
And lastly, and most importantly, set healthy boundaries and keep them firm. Don't let your defenses down to offer pity for someone who has a history of refusing to change or disrespecting your wellbeing. Use discernment and trust your intuition to guide your steps toward peaceful existence, and it will. When you encounter someone or a situation that feels off, trust it because it is. I can't tell you how many times I've done this and found out afterward my gut instinct was correct. Furthermore, I can attest to the times when I ignored it and ended up suffering the consequences, so you know.
Love, light, and happy healing,
Terry Perkins
