Namaste, Y'all, I've been getting a lot of synchronicity's and shared symbols from many sources during this first Mercury Retrograde of 2026. It certainly is one for the records in many ways and means. The amount of psychic downloads, visual dreams, flashbacks of past loves, and situations long forgotten came through like a freight train this time around. Personally, my mind was blown away by things and people that I haven't thought about for years. It's during these times that I get a bit pissed at this phenomenon not being available during school tests. I mean, there were some recalls that took place that felt as if I had relieved them again, fresh and papable, but with a new perspective. Some emotionally charged events didn't have the weight of viceral pressure like it did when they took place.  Namaste, Y'all, In the past couple of weeks, I've noticed how much more centered and grounded I am compared to when I relocated back to the west coast. My healing journey has been challenging at times, but also surprisingly deeper than I thought. Working with my therapist has helped me to lean into some deeply rooted toxic emotions that I had no idea were ruling my life. Being able to face them, learn about their origins, and then root them out of my unconscious has served me well. This has led me to review my relationships with a fresh perception, and the reveal has been lackluster, to say the least. It became painfully obvious that I was truly dissatisfied with most of the so-called friendships in my life, both past and present. Coming from a disfunctional and broken family environment steeped in strict religion didn't help matters, and being the oldest male, I was handed the responsibility as co-parent, which really made me socially awkward. Namaste, Y'all, As we round out this first of four Mercury Retrogrades of 2026, I'm reminded of the past several years and the changes that have taken place in my life, changes that I never imagined would manifest, but here they are. Life is lifen' and change is life, so there's no use in crying over spilled milk, right? Some of you may be in a similar state of pause and reflection in your life journey to date. What are some hot topics that no longer bring you interest? Who is left standing alongside you after experiencing traumatic situations or major growth? Have you been pursuing quests that you now find lackluster and meaningless? The US is in another war, and the Republican Party is in high implosion mode as they scurry to avoid and deflect from key issues—which shall remain nameless—and the rest of the globe is reeling from their toxic rule. And then we have yesterday's powerful cosmic lineup with a double Virgo whammy of a lunar eclipse and full moon (blood moon) ushering in a fresh amount of profound shifts and changes for the masses coming down the pike. It feels official to say that we are in the Age of Aquarius, folks. If we take a look back at the 1960s and the immense social, civil, and global consciousness changes the decade produced, it seems like not only a precursor of the future (our present) but also pales in comparison.
