Mercury Retrograde Notes: We Ain't Out of The Woods Yet

Namaste, Y'all,  We are now officially out of Mercury Retrograde but not quite out of the woods. When a planet is in transit mode (in this case going retro back to direct), it causes the energies on our planet to activate our hidden triggers and unhealed wounds (roughly a couple of weeks or more). These triggers will test our endurance if we've indeed learned critical life lessons and the way we respond under pressure. I'm reminded of the saying, It's always darkest before dawn. So please take this message as a heads up to be a little extra patient and exercise compassion (for yourself and those around you). We are all feeling these shifting energetic tides more than usual from the cosmos, so stay humble and aware of this heightened activity factor.  Also keep in mind that all of us learn at different rates and on various levels (the planet Mercury is a constant reminder of this). Life Changes Update

Namaste, Y'all, It's been sometime since my last post, and for good reasons, some of which I will share with you today. Changes have been taking place on the forefront for the better, and for this, I am grateful. Positive forward movement shifts in areas where I was stuck or couldn't circumvent, due to obstacles and hidden forces, have been removed. It's been a relief knowing that cycles that have plagued me for years are now a thing of the past. Being free to relax and enjoy life with a fresh perspective is an amazing gift that I've been taking full advantage of. Learning to surrender the things I cannot control over to the universe is a game changer, and I want to encourage you to do the same. Get yourself healed up!
