Life Changes Update

Namaste, Y'all,

It's been sometime since my last post, and for good reasons, some of which I will share with you today. Changes have been taking place on the forefront for the better, and for this, I am grateful. Positive forward movement shifts in areas where I was stuck or couldn't circumvent, due to obstacles and hidden forces, have been removed. It's been a relief knowing that cycles that have plagued me for years are now a thing of the past. Being free to relax and enjoy life with a fresh perspective is an amazing gift that I've been taking full advantage of. Learning to surrender the things I cannot control over to the universe is a game changer, and I want to encourage you to do the same. Get yourself healed up!
Another area of deep healing has been reclaiming my power from my engrained youth mindset about life, mine in particular. I've been spending quality time in retrospection concerning the toxic programmed ideas about my identity and how much of it was steeped in fear and negativity. Being in an occult environment will royally mess you up, so make sure to invest in your deprogramming process immediately; unlike many of us who think that simply walking away from it will bring enough healing, this is not true. Over the past couple of years, I've been reframing my story, clearing out emotional baggage, and releasing relationships that are not mutually satisfying and promote growth.
Investing in this painful process has brought me to a point where I have no regrets and desire to reconnect with anyone. What's done is done. Besides, I've learned that having a few quality friends is healthier and more peaceful. I never had this in the past since I was taught about setting boundaries and limits within my partnerships.
And finally, I'm loving my new level of creative expression in my personal life and spiritual services. Now that I've been able to focus and freely express myself, the quality of my work has improved, and many details I was unaware of have been addressed. To think of the immense pressure, stress, and strain on my central nervous system I endured and successfully navigated through is miraculous. The fact that I was even able to produce (even flawed at times) is testimony to my firm resolve and resilience to stay in my life purpose. My faith in myself and the divine provided all the power necessary for me to be as aligned as I could and prove my worth.
I've healed from two bouts of prostate cancer (the first time was Satge 4, and the second time it metastasized into a lymph node and was gone in a matter of months), moved back and forth across the country, survived intense gang stalking, and still chose to remain true to myself. My faith in the divine was my torch that led me through it all and still does to this day.
I hope this encourages you to start your healing journey, and if you have been, keep going. Healing is a painful process that is best approached with equal parts self love and deep compassion. Love on yourself. Protect yourself. Advocate for your wellbeing in establishing not only your physical health but your mental, emotional (which includes our spiritual) health. We forget that these are interconnected and vital in our lives. To heal, you must be willing to do the work that accompanies it. When one has surgery, the doctor will assign a recovery schedule and itinerary for you to have the best possible results. Not following them can possibly invite negative results. That's why we must be patient (traces back to the Latin patientia meaning “the quality of suffering or enduring”) and allow down time to do its work.

Happy New Beginngs & Healing,
