What Will It Take?

Namaste, Y'all,

And welcome to our very first Mercury Retrograde of 2026, which promises to be one for the records. Why? With our current planetary alignment since the solar eclipse and the new moon in Pisces on the 17th, and Saturn shifting from Pisces into Aries, there's no way our collective perceptions on life will ever be the same. People are leaving, moving, divorcing, quitting, and dying en masse, causing us to question our beliefs, motives, allegiances, and our individualism regarding our humanity. Who are we exactly? Why do we do the things that we do? And how did we get here, and where are we going to next? As I've been (and countless others) harping about the end of the world as we've come to know it coming, well, it's here, children, and you'd better get used to it because shift and shit is about to hit the fan. The Age of Aquarius is right in our back, front, and side yards, glaring us in the face to take action. If you're looking for signs and symbols, take a look at the global political stage and corporations actions. They are on full display 24/7 for all to see, and many still don't seem to care or even acknowledge that they are a major contributing factor to the pervasive problems affecting us for centuries. 
Then, on a personal level, we're being shown the true colors of those in our lives for any period of time. The masks are falling away, revealing the true persona running the show like the Wizard of Oz. With the karmic justice court in full display mode serving out our sentences and rewards, it's impossible to unsee the hidden agendas and often blatant disregard for our fellow earth family members. The greed, perpetual lying, and mental and emotional manipulation are at levels we didn't even know existed. It's pure insanity being openly embraced and traded for compassion, empathy, and the evolution of our fellow earth family—an empty and eternal starving need for being impressive among your peers. At the end of the day, nobody cares what you've achieved because everyone is fearful and terrified of facing the mirror of their  souls. They all know that karma is going to catch up to them and demand the payment of their offenses and crimes eventually. Still, they desperately cling to a false assurance and identity that is crumbling away more and more each day. 
The bigger question is what are you going to do during this time of reflection and taking right action? Revisit the past with open arms and put yourself through another period of disappointment and bitterness? Or will you take time to review your past lessons and heal the wounds that have been avoided in the present? We all have free will, so why not free yourself from carrying the burdens placed on you by others who need to take accountability and responsibility for their mess? Why continue to engage in behaviors that deny your truth and support agendas that keep so many of us in misery and denial of our fullest potential? When will enough be enough? It's exhausting trying to be someone you can never be and striving for a position that is hungrier than the last one. What will it take for you to live your dreams and finally embrace your authentic self?

Healing People Pleasing Addiction

Namaste, Y'all, I had an epiphany during my meditation the other day regarding a behavior that I no longer engage in—playing Rescue Roger. For most of my life, I've been addicted to people-pleasing (on steroids). Also, I want to emphasize that I no longer engage in this behavior, which makes that aha moment all the more impactful. Sometimes spirit will sit you down and show you things that you've overlooked that are gifts of achievement, and this is a major one for me. It began in my childhood, where I was forced into an environment where I sought the attention and approval of toxic adults. You were never good enough, white enough, rich enough, or Christlike enough for them, nor were they to each other. Have you been experiencing the subtle degrees of moving your attention to areas that may have been previously blocked or unavailable?
